Delivering your order UK

Please note that for security reasons, your first order can only be delivered to the cardholder's address, unless you contact us first and we  are able to carry out additional security checks. 

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Signed for delivery at £4.50 per order
• for Special Delivery which guarantees Next Day delivery postage is just £6.50 per order (Monday-Friday), please order by 2PM to receive your order next day
• for gift wrapping there is no charge
• UK postage rates are only valid on deliveries within the UK

Delivering your order Europe

Please note that for security reasons, your first order can only be delivered to the cardholder's address, unless you contact us first and we  are able to carry out additional security checks. 

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Royal Mail International at £7.50 per order (3-7 days delivery)
• for a 48 hours Express Delivery, price on request
• for gift wrapping there is no charge
• please ensure you select the correct postage.  UK postage rates are only valid on deliveries within the UK. Overseas orders will be charged in line with the postage costs above.

Delivering your order Worldwide

Please note that for security reasons, your first order can only be delivered to the cardholder's address, unless you contact us first and we  are able to carry out additional security checks. 

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Royal Mail International at £15.00 per order (7-14 days delivery)
• for a 48 hours Express Delivery, price on request
• for gift wrapping there is no charge

You can pay securely using your credit card or if you prefer you can pay for your order by PayPal to info@mimmo.co.uk

Please contact us if you would like to pay by personal cheque.  Goods will be dispatched once funds have cleared.

Returns policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases.  If for any reason you would like to return an item, please follow the procedures below:

FULL PRICED ITEMS

You can return any full priced item in it’s original condition with labels still attached for an exchange or refund within 7 days of ordering (14 days for international customers) but please ring us on 01706 522601 (+44 1706 522601) beforehand for a returns number.

Please note that we cannot refund you any cost of postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item received is faulty.

MIMMO cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit and would recommend that any returns are adequately insured.

The ages on garments are approximate and should be used as a guide as your child may vary in sizes in different brands. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please feel free to contact one of our trained customer service staff for advice on sizes of the items you would like to buy.
