Delivering your order UK

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Signed for delivery at £2.95 per order
• delivery on orders over £100 are Free of charge
• for Next Day delivery add £5.00 per order (Monday-Friday), please order by 12PM to receive your order next day
• for gift wrapping there is no charge

Delivering your order Europe

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Royal Mail International at £7.00 per order (3-7 days delivery)
• for a 48 hours Express Delivery, price on request
• for gift wrapping there is no charge

Delivering your order Worldwide

• we will dispatch your order within 2 days of receipt, by Royal Mail International at £15.00 per order (7-14 days delivery)
• for a 48 hours Express Delivery, price on request
• for gift wrapping there is no charge

Returns policy

You can return any full priced item in it’s original condition with labels still attached for an exchange or refund within 7 days of ordering (14 days for international customers) but please ring us on 0800 280 0382  (+44 1706 228824) beforehand for a retunrs number.

We are afraid that we can not offer a refund on sale items unless faulty, but are happy to try and exchange an item for you.

Please note that we cannot refund you any cost of postage that you may have paid, unless we have sent you an item incorrectly or the item received is faulty.
